[Loops] Loops Steering Committee

We have now completed the process of electing the new members to the loops steering committee and the Chair. 

Here is the list of members of the steering committee with the Chair.

My role as the Chair of the SC finishes now finishes. I am glad to pass on the baton to David. It has been a great experience working with the members of the SC and many of you, particularly during the difficult time of Covid. Many thanks for your support and cooperation.
